Descripción de la Oferta
• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Reply, screen and forward incoming calls
• Make sure that the reception area is neat and presentable, with all the necessary stationery and materials (for example, pens, forms and brochures)
• Provide basic and accurate information in person and by phone / email
• Receive, order and distribute mail / daily deliveries
• Maintain office security by following security procedures and controlling access through the reception desk (monitor the logbook, identify visitor cards)
• Order office supplies and maintain an inventory of stock
• Update calendars and schedule meetings
• Organize trips and lodging, and prepare coupons
• Maintain up-to-date records of office expenses and costs
• Perform other receptionist tasks such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and sending faxes
Requisitos de la Oferta
• Proven work experience as a receptionist, representative of the office or a similar role
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite
• Practical experience with office equipment (for example, fax machines and printers)
• Attitude and professional appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when problems arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and
• Attitude of customer service.
